2nd International Conference on Psychology and Interdisciplinary Behavioral Studies (2nd ICP-IBS)
A remarkable event has occurred!
The 2nd International Conference on Psychology and Interdisciplinary Behavioral Studies (2nd ICP-IBS) was successfully held on November 12-13, 2024. Organized by the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Pancasila, in collaboration with the Research Synergy Foundation, this fully virtual conference centered on the theme “With ICT, Is Psychology Still Growing?” The 2nd ICP-IBS featured an impressive range of topics, including Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social and Cultural Psychology, Developmental and Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Environmental and Green Psychology, Consumer Psychology and Economic Behavior, Human Engineering, Digital Transformation, Communication Psychology, Criminal and Forensic Psychology, Psychopharmacology, Neuroscience and Neuropsychology, Political Psychology and Voter Behavior, Tourism Behavior, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
The conference successfully gathered distinguished keynote speakers, participants, session chairs, and scientific reviewers from over 14 countries, including Indonesia, Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Scotland, Pakistan, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Ukraine, India, Iran, Swaziland, Vietnam, and Sierra Leone. The event commenced with opening remarks from Prof. Dr. Ir. Marsuadi Wahyu Kisworo, IPU, Rector of Universitas Pancasila, followed by a welcome speech by Prof. Dr. Awaluddin Tjalla, M.Pd., Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Pancasila.
A Seamless Virtual Conference
The conference was seamlessly arranged to cater to participants from across the globe. It began with the playing of the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, and the Universitas Pancasila hymn, setting a ceremonial tone for the event. A keynote session followed, featuring Associate Prof. Dr. Silverius Y. Soeharso from Universitas Pancasila, who discussed interdisciplinary advancements in psychology in the digital age. Other keynote speakers included Prof. Kim Uichol (Republic of Korea), Prof. Stuart Carr (New Zealand), and Prof. Lai Yin Ling (Malaysia), who shared insights on cultural psychology, workplace adaptation, and psychological diversity.

Keynote speakers captivated the audience with topics such as the impact of technology on psychological practices, the role of cultural diversity in psychological development, and digital workplace dynamics. 6. Contribution to academic, practical, and societal domains.
